Meta Sharing Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

This policy explains the optional choice to let RestartRX share an initial payment event with Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, to measure advertising. Sharing may identify you as a RestartRX customer, even though medication names and intake answers are excluded.

What you allow

If you select the Meta Sharing checkbox, you allow RestartRX to send the information below to Meta to connect an eligible ad click with a successful initial payment and measure advertising results. In the current flow, this event requires both the Internal Measurement and Meta Sharing choices, along with an eligible ad visit. Selecting Meta Sharing alone does not authorize internal measurement and does not result in a payment event being sent.

Information shared

  • A Purchase event indicating that an initial payment succeeded, its time and an event identifier used to prevent duplicate reporting.
  • The payment amount and currency.
  • An ad-click identifier that Meta can use to associate the payment event with an advertising interaction.
  • Browser details, such as the browser and operating system reported by your browser.
  • The generic RestartRX payment confirmation page address, without intake or medication information in the address.

This payment-event payload does not include your medication name, intake answers, diagnosis, prescription, name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment-card details or browser IP address. Excluding those fields does not make the event anonymous: Meta may be able to associate it with you through the ad-click identifier and information it already holds.

Recipient and purpose

Meta receives the event through its advertising measurement service. RestartRX uses this sharing to measure advertising results. Meta's handling of information it receives is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. This checkbox does not authorize RestartRX to send medication or intake information or enroll you in marketing emails or texts.

Your choices and withdrawal

The checkbox starts unchecked. Declining does not affect your care, payment, price or ability to use RestartRX. On your payment confirmation page, use the measurement withdrawal control to withdraw both advertising-measurement choices for that intake. For help accessing that page or exercising privacy rights, contact us using the details in our Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal stops future sharing under these choices. It cannot recall an event already sent or a transmission already in progress. Withdrawal does not cancel your purchase or remove necessary care and payment records. A Global Privacy Control opt-out detected by this measurement flow blocks optional sharing.

Duration and scope

The measurement choice expires after 30 days unless withdrawn sooner. An ad-click identifier is eligible for this flow for up to seven days, and a payment event must meet a seven-day payment eligibility window; other checks may shorten these periods or prevent sharing. This permission concerns the initial payment, not automatic reporting of later renewals or refills.

These eligibility periods do not specify Meta's retention period or promise deletion of every consent or payment record. We retain consent evidence and necessary business records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Read the separate Internal Measurement Policy for how RestartRX connects advertising visits and payments internally. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the optional Meta Sharing checkbox.
