Internal Measurement Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

This policy explains the optional choice to let RestartRX connect your ad visit to your initial payment for internal advertising measurement. You can continue with care and payment without selecting it.

What you allow

If you select the Internal Measurement checkbox, RestartRX may connect campaign information from your visit with your initial payment to understand which advertising campaigns lead to purchases. This permission is separate from sharing information with Meta and from email or text-message permissions.

Information used

We use campaign source and campaign identifiers, the connection to your RestartRX intake and initial purchase, payment date, amount and currency, and recorded refund or dispute status. Where an eligible ad visit was collected with advertising permission, we may also link its ad-click identifier to your intake. This connection may identify you as a RestartRX customer.

Internal campaign reports contain campaign-level payment counts and totals. Small groups can include a single purchase; these reports should not be treated as anonymous. The reports do not display your name, email, phone number, medication, intake answers, payment-card details or individual patient/order identifiers.

Who receives it

This choice permits internal measurement by RestartRX using its service providers. It does not authorize sending your payment event to Meta. That requires the separate Meta Sharing choice described in our Meta Sharing Policy.

Your choices and withdrawal

The checkbox starts unchecked. Declining does not affect your care, payment, price or ability to use RestartRX. On your payment confirmation page, use the measurement withdrawal control to withdraw both advertising-measurement choices for that intake. For help accessing that page or exercising privacy rights, contact us using the details in our Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal stops future use under these choices and excludes the intake from subsequent consent-based internal campaign reports. It does not undo reports already viewed, cancel your purchase or delete records needed for care, payment or legal obligations. A Global Privacy Control opt-out detected by this measurement flow also blocks these optional measurement permissions.

Duration and records

The measurement choice expires after 30 days unless withdrawn sooner. An eligible ad-visit identifier has a seven-day eligibility window; expiry or withdrawal stops its future use in this flow. These eligibility periods are not promises that every payment or consent record is deleted after that time. We retain consent evidence and necessary business records as described in our Privacy Policy.

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the optional Internal Measurement checkbox.
