Refund policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services obtained through RestartRX Management LLC ("RestartRX," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before using our platform or completing any transaction.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of prescription medications and healthcare services, most purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once processed. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription products once an order has been processed or shipped. Prescription medications are regulated substances that cannot be reused or resold once dispensed.
This policy is consistent with federal and state pharmacy regulations governing the handling and return of prescription medications.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
2. PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Prescription medications dispensed through our platform or partner pharmacies are non-returnable and non-refundable once:
- The order has been processed by the dispensing pharmacy; or
- The order has been shipped or delivered.
This applies to all prescription products regardless of whether they have been opened or used.
3. MEDICAL CONSULTATION FEES
Fees associated with medical consultations, provider reviews, and clinical intake evaluations are non-refundable once a licensed provider has begun reviewing your intake submission.
Pre-review cancellation: If you wish to cancel before a provider has begun reviewing your intake, please contact us immediately at support@restartrx.com or call 888-973-7879. Refund eligibility for pre-review cancellations and medical eligibility denials will be handled as described in this policy.
4. MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY AND PRESCRIPTION DENIAL
Patients may be charged before provider review is completed. Payment does not guarantee approval, treatment, or a prescription.
After checkout, a licensed healthcare provider reviews the patient’s intake information and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If the provider determines that the patient does not qualify for treatment, if a prescription is not issued, or if RestartRX cannot provide service due to jurisdictional, pharmacy, or eligibility limitations, RestartRX will issue a refund for the order.
Prescription medications are non-refundable once the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped by the dispensing pharmacy, except where required by law or where an error has occurred.
5. BILLING ERRORS & UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
If you believe you were charged in error - including duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges for orders you did not authorize - please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.

Please include your order number, the charge in question, and any relevant documentation when contacting us.
6. ORDER ERRORS & FULFILLMENT ISSUES
If you believe there has been an error with your order - including incorrect medication, incorrect dosage, or a missing item - please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and coordinate a resolution with the dispensing pharmacy.
Common issues and how we handle them:

| Wrong medication or dosage dispensed | We will work with the pharmacy to arrange a corrected order at no additional cost to you, subject to pharmacy and clinical verification. |
| Package lost in transit | We will work with the carrier and dispensing pharmacy to confirm loss and arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, subject to carrier verification. |
| Package arrived damaged | Please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the pharmacy and carrier to arrange a replacement. |
| Incorrectly fulfilled order | We will review the issue with the dispensing pharmacy and arrange appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment. |

7. SAFE MEDICATION DISPOSAL
Because prescription medications cannot be returned, we encourage proper disposal of any unused or unwanted medications. Do not flush medications or throw them in the trash unless the label specifically instructs you to do so.
